This policy describes how Wolf River Services, L.C. DBA Wolf River & Co. handles information through the current Wolf River & Co. website. The site is in restricted pre-launch testing and is not publicly available.
Project inquiries
The project inquiry form collects the name, phone number, email address, project address if provided, project type, budget and timing selections if provided, project description, and the customer's description of a successful outcome. Wolf River & Co. uses that information to review, respond to, and manage the inquiry.
Submitted inquiries are stored in the database service provided with OpenAI Sites. The Site also sends the inquiry details through Resend to Wolf River & Co.'s business email so the owner can respond. Resend processes the submitted information as needed to deliver that notification email.
Website operation
The website code does not include advertising pixels or analytics trackers. The site is hosted by OpenAI Sites. OpenAI may process and store information required to host, secure, operate, and control access to the site, including submitted inquiries, technical information, essential cookies, and service logs.
The site loads typefaces from Google Fonts. Requests for those font files are sent to Google and may include technical information such as an IP address, browser, or device information needed to deliver the files.
